Update 11-02-03:
Sorry for the lack of Nyamo last week, but, there was a lot going on and there was no mood to work. Anyways, today is a special Nyamo in tribute to Pij, who used to draw a cow for "Cow-culus" in high school every day (hope I got the story right.) And also, one of the cows in this strip is hers... umm... you shouldn't have ANY problem guessing. Oh yeah, remember that there will be a special colored Original Nyamo on Thursday, so come and visit that one. Well, Moooo!
Every Sunday, Nyamo - The Girl From Across the Sea is updated. This is the actual, full page comic about Nyamo attending North Eastern JC.
The site is also updated every Thursday. Usually, this update is an Original Nyamo strip. Original Nyamo is a Four-Panel (top to bottom, much like this site in general) gag strip. Just a cute thing done for a quick laugh. If there isn't an Original Nyamo strip, then a random update, such as a character portrait or an artistic illustration, will be put up.

Well, it sure has been awhile since my last rant, but well it's been busy. Yeah I know that's my common line (actually it's the whole Nyamo team's line) but well it's true. Comics are time consuming, but unfortunatley, in life everything is. But lately I've been working on getting back on track and better organized. Hopefully I'll be able to do some professionally published work before next summer. I hope all of you readers out there would like to see that too. So far what looks like my first publishing pitch will be a collection of short stories I've been doing in between Nyamo and another project called Xiro. I'll be posting some character designs on my personal site this week, so if you're interested check it out. Anyway, no these things will not be detracting from Nyamo, in fact we've got a whole lot of stuff planned for the plucky heroine. I'm very excited about this comic's future so please look forward to the coming weeks!

Hi, it's Jed again. So, what've I been up to recently? School, of course, studying very diligently. *sighs, cuz it's partly true* The San Diego fires did make me very lazy (among, sadly, destroy a lot of property and ruin lives for real), so I need to rebuild my concentration. But, no one, (I doubt even the future me, whom these rants are written for more than anyone else since no one besides Anthony and Pij probably reads them) really cares, I'll move on and review stuff I've been watching/playing to distract myself recently.
#1: First and foremost, the nicest surprise in a while, Long Vacation, the classic Japanese Drama. http://drama.afraid.org/bt/japan-tv/ have been releasing dvd quality versions and I downloaded them, expecting a decent show. My first J-drama was GTO, the rest I've watched haven't compared. But this... I definitely think it blows GTO out of the water... especially since my girlfriend will watch this one with me. So, it's definitely recommended by me. The storyline is about a model who was left by her ex on her wedding day. She loses everything and ends up rooming with her ex's old roomate. Doesn't sound so interesting, but it is. Why? The characters play their parts very well, the events are interesting, and there are so many things to laugh at! Watch it, watch it!

#2: Naruto: Narutimeta Hero, the Playstation 2 Naruto Game. Anthony got this game on Friday, so, hehe, I've been visiting him a lot. It's kinda played like powerstone, with some "button-matching" parts. Really, it's a lot better than I thought it would be and I've had a lot of fun playing it. Maybe next time I'll do an actual review for you, but until then, just know that another anime license has been pulled off well. ^_^
Hey Awesome Fans of Nyamo! So here's how it flows. I have school, I have class, I have homework, BUT I also have Nyamo. Soooo... this quarter, my goals are to do better in school, not miss class (which I already messed up), finish my homework before they're due, AND rant more than once this quarter on Nyamo! Of course, you could also help by actually sending us an e-mail. I feel much more motivated to add comments and improve Nyamo when I feel like people are actually reading this stuff. *Hint Hint: Send E-mail* We have sooo much Nyamo stuff planned for the rest of this year, so I'm super duper excited. Of course, I know I'm slightly biased, seeing as how I worked on this along with Jed and Anthony (and not nearly as much as them), but I really can't wait. Heehee... especially Original Nyamo... dunno why, but I just like that strip a lot.
