Update 01-22-04:
Here Nyamo helps dispel the sterotype that foreigners are better artists... or something. I dunno... this whole idea was kind of "liberated" from "Even a Monkey Can Draw Manga"... just making it more americanized. Nyamo really overestimates the power of dialogue anyway. As a subtle joke no one but Jed would see, this comic is showing how much more important the artwork is to the dialogue... a point Jed is incredibly thankful for. And Sas (whose name is a reference to Naruto's Sasuke), has very little motivation and drive, unsurprisingly. Oh Well. In any case, we leave the anime club for now... we'll leave it a mystery as to the rest of Nyamo's involvement in that club. For now, anyway...
Original Nyamo (in theory) is updated every Thursday. It is a short gag strip comic modeled after the Japanese 4-Panel strips. It is meant to be read top to bottom, left to right. Original Nyamo is supplementary though; the focus of this site is Sunday's update.
Every Sunday, Nyamo - The Girl From Across the Sea is updated. This is the actual, full page comic about Nyamo attending North Eastern JC. Less gags than Original Nyamo, but much more story.
